Banana bread has become quite popular with the lockdown. It's easy to make, doesn't require many ingredients and is a fantastic breakfast or dessert!
We bring you vegan-friendly banana bread. Easy to make, no fuss and super delicious! Enjoy!
- 2 bananas
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 2 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup of boiling water
- Mash the bananas.
- Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the oil, boiling water and the mashed bananas to this mixture.
- Oil a cake tin and pour in the mixture.
- Bake at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
