Green tea or black tea? Which is best?

Green tea and black tea have always been a subject of discussion. Whether one is better than the other is practically out of the question since both have great properties that benefit the body. They do have differences, though. But they lie mainly in the treatment process after being harvested.

While black tea has more caffeine than green tea which makes it stimulating for certain occasions; green tea is the most recommended for weight loss. Besides, it also contains important nutrients such as iron and vitamin C than black tea does not have.
