A few years ago, Efron turned to a vegan diet to help him with his fitness and exercise routine. Results are impressive, there's no denying!
Zac Efron has been experimenting with eating purely vegan, for several years now. "That's completely changed the way that my body works, and the way that I metabolize food, the way it turns into energy– and the way that I sleep. It's been brilliant. It’s been great for my exercise, and great for my routine." He explained back in 2018.
Zac Efron searched for a diet that would make him look, feel, and perform at his best. And the answer was the vegan diet.

We found Efron's "spark smoothie" which he shared on his Instagram. This healthy smoothie is full of superfoods, plant-based milk, fiber, potassium, healthy fat.
On occasions, he adds honey, but if you are a strict vegan, you can replace it with maple syrup. See below for the full recipe!
