This recipe is super easy and fast. If you are more inclined to salty treats, we suggest these gluten-free crepes as a base for Italian cannelloni. If you are one of those who crave sweet things, just accompany them with honey, peanut butter, cream, or fruit.
- 1 cup of Buckwheat
- 1 and 1/2 cup of milk or milk alternatives
- 1 a pinch of Salt
- 1 tbsp of Sugar or Coconut sugar
- 1 tsp of Baking soda
- 1 tsp of Baking Powder
- Coconut oil or vegan butter to taste

In a container place all the ingredients and mix with a fork or mini primer.
Heat a pan and add the necessary amount of coconut oil. Cook from both sides.
