What you need
1 cup walnuts
1 cup dates, pitted and roughly chopped
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tbsp hulled tahini
¼ cup rolled oats
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch sea salt
How to make it
- Add walnuts, dates, raw cacao powder, tahini, oats, cinnamon, and sea salt to a food processor and blend until well combined, but still a little chunky.
- Press into a mold and sprinkle desiccated coconut or nuts to decorate.
- Place in the fridge/freezer for 30-40 minutes to set.
