This delicious breakfast is perfect when you feel like something sweet or are in need of a pick-me-up. Delicious and healthy, it will provide all the nutrients you need to feel full until lunchtime.
- 1 avocado (for better results, chop and freeze it overnight)
- 1 small banana (peeled and frozen overnight)
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp milled seeds of choice
- 300ml plant milk of choice
- peanut butter, coconut cream, coconut flakes, or granola for toppings
1. Place all the ingredients (except for toppings and milk) in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the milk little by little to create the desired consistency.
2. Decorate with your favorite toppings and serve.
