Chia salted caramel breakfast jar

There is nothing better than salted caramel and this breakfast pot is the perfect nutritious way to start today.

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add the chia seeds, milk, vanilla, mesquite, and lucuma into a bowl and stir until well combined. 
  2. Pour ingredients into a jar.
  3. Soak in the fridge overnight or for at least two hours. 
  4. Serve with your favorite granola or breakfast blend and creamy yogurt of your choice.
