1. Drink water or an herbal tea
Drink tea or water and wait for 15 minutes to see if you are still hungry –sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger.

As veggies are high in insoluble fiber and the body needs more energy to process it, you will burn calories by eating them. Cruditées, such as carrots, celery and cucumber sticks with a large tablespoon of homemade hummus are great!

Go for fruits that will provide sugar but are still low on calories such as citrus fruits.
High in protein and low in calories, they are an amazing way to feel full and provide lots of nutrients.
Eating soup is an ideal way of re-hydrating whilst increasing your nutrient intake. Clear consommé soups will fill you up without consuming too many calories.
6. Fruit and peanut butter
Grab an apple and spread some peanut butter on it, combining the protein and healthy fats from the butter with the sweetness and fiber from the apple will keep you fuller for longer.
