If you want to maximize all the nutrients of food and ingredients without necessarily consuming them, making your own masks is always the solution. Besides, you can combine them with other ingredients and take full advantage of more than one. Here are some amazing recipes:
With 1 turmeric tea bag, 2 tbsp of avocado, and 2 tbsp of plain yogurt you can create a mask that will provide antibacterial properties, useful to fight acne, and antioxidants to soften wrinkles. Avocado natural oils are also helpful to hydrate skin and yogurt will help you to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
1. Mix all the ingredients until you get a paste.
2. Apply the mixture to your face.
3. Leave it for 15 minutes.
4. Rinse with warm water.
You will love this recipe as it is extremely easy to make. Only 4 ginger tea bags and a liter of water, but it should not boil!

3. Choose a bowl where you can place your feet, and when the infusion cools a little bit, pour it and keep your feet soaked for 15 minutes.

You will need 1 ½ cup of Himalayan pink salt, 3 tea bags of you like the most, 5 drops of essential oil of your choice, and 1 muslin bag and string. Place the salts and the content of the tea bags in a bowl, add some drops of your favorite essential oil and then put everything in the muslin bag and tie. Now it is ready for the bath!
If you are planning to throw away the tea bags after you have used them, do not do it! There is still some way in which you can use them. After having your tea, keep the bags (you will need 2) and let them cool down. To use them, squeeze the liquid that remains in the bags. If you aim to reduce dark circles, bags, puffiness, or soothing red eyes, the best option would be to cool them in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes. In case you only want to relax, you can use them warm. Close your eyes and put the tea bags on top of your eyelids for 15-30 minutes.
