Experts recommend tackling more important factors first: wear sun protection, control your stress, reduce alcohol consumption, avoid smoking, eat healthily, and sleep well. 

If you are already taking care of the latter, the best position for sleeping is on the back: it avoids applying pressure on your face, also your face won’t touch the pillowcase preventing the exchange of oils and dirt that make cause skin irritation.

It might be difficult to adopt a new position to sleep, but you can give it a try!
