What I love most about makeup is that it gives you the chance to experiment and be a different person every day and wipe it off whenever you want. You can not only play with colors and textures, but you can actually shape your face the way you want to.
Optical illusions: How to make your eyes look bigger according to your shape!
1. If you have hooded eyes
Hooded lids can make your eyes look smaller, but if you smudge some bronzer along the lower lash line and apply white eyeliner to your lower waterline to expand the size of your eyes.
2. For upturned eye-shape
Upturned eye shape tends to be wider at the outer corners so the idea is to make this area a little bit narrower. Try some dark matte shadow in your upper lid (dark brown or maroon) and blend it with a beige shadow –apply the dark shadow on the outer third of the lid, the rest should be the lighter color.
3. Downturned eyes
To make your eyes appear bigger, draw a heavier line with eyeshadow or a pencil at the outer corner of the upper lash line and blend it out and up your temple, finish with some highlighter beneath your eyebrow to create an instant lift.
4. Round eyes
Round eyes are already wide, but you can make them appear elongated, use your eye shadow and liner to create a wing and make your eye longer, then apply some extra mascara on the outer third of your upper lashes.
