Benefits of kale extract for your hair
According to dermatologists, kale extract is packed with nutrients and antioxidants that can help cell turnover, strengthen your hair, eliminate toxins and soothe irritation. It boasts a long list of incredible ingredients such as vitamins A, C, and K, beta carotene, potassium, magnesium, calcium, omega-3s, and folate.
Applying it topically can reduce oxidative stress and the damage caused by free radicals and environmental pollution.
