You need some TLC this spring and this is a great way to open the season, the best? You can create this body wash with ingredients that are probably sitting in your kitchen!
The star ingredient in this recipe is coffee. When it comes to skincare, coffee has tons of benefits for your skin, as it is high in antioxidants. Antioxidants are important as they help protect your skin from oxidative damage, caused by pollution and exposure to UV rays. This is caused by free radicals that cause premature skin aging and antioxidants can counteract its effect. Antioxidants also increase blood flow, bringing more nutrients to the skin, dilating blood vessels, and tightening the skin.

The sweet almond oil is also perfect to moisturize your skin and give you a supple, glowy look.
I use this body wash at least 3 times a week as I find the recipe very soothing on my skin, and I love the scent of coffee.
