If you were born in the 80's you've probably plucked your brows more than you should. It takes some time to regrow them, but here we tell you all you have to know about it!
If you were in your teens in the early 00's you must have overplucked your eyebrows, and you might also know how difficult it may seem to grow them back! However, there are some tricks to regrow them!
How to regrow your brows faster
You need at least three months for hair to grow back and at least four for your hair to be visible and to actually notice changes. You can try taking pictures every two weeks to see your progress.
Thow away your tweezers and forget about wax
You have to resist you urge to remove that hair the looks like it shouldn't be there and try to let them be for at least 2 months.
Hydrate your skin and yourself
Clense, tone, and moisturize your skin to maximize hair wellness, you can boost your moisturizer by applying a few drops of marula oil to lock the moisture.
Drinking water is one of the most important factors for staying healthy, and it is also great for hair as keeping hydrated ensures that our follicles are getting lubricated, thus stimulating growth.
Make sure you are eating enough iron to make your hair grow faster, include leafy greens, avocado, nuts and legumes to give your body proper nutrients.
Massage your brows
It is great to improve blood flow to massage the hair follicles -they will receive more nutrients and this can lead to healthy hair grow.
Fake it until you make it
I remembeber that I would get quite anxious while waiting for the hair to grow -on top of that, in the meantime they kinda look weird -so I got a brow pencil and faked my brows until they grew. Just fill in your natural brows with light strokes and use a brow brush to brush them up -it will look more natural.
Be patient and careful with your brows
Two months is not too much time, but it is a lot to resist using the tweezers. But if you want fuller eyebrows, it won't happen overnight.
