Stress-busting tips. Welcome mindfulness to your morning routine in 5 easy steps

 Being prepared to start the day in a conscious and positive way will help you value the present moment and promote routines that bring about a stronger harmony between body and mind. Read these steps to have a better mindful morning.  

Try to get up with a smile

Although this does not come out naturally, you can practice it daily as soon as you open your eyes. Smile, this way you will send signals of positivity to your brain. Be grateful for starting a new day.

Try not to check the notifications, or look at the news as soon as you get up. Get organized and try to do it after you have taken your time to wake up and have a quiet breakfast.

Meditate for 10 minutes a day

Ten minutes is enough as soon as you get up. Be aware of your breathing and your vibration. You will be further conscious of your body and your surroundings. Scientific studies have shown that concentration increases when meditating.
