The first thing I do when I wake up is writing in my journal, just a couple of minutes will do. I sometimes write what I’m grateful for other days I write how I want to feel –just write whatever you feel like. Another powerful tool is a sketchbook where you draw whatever comes to your mind. I actually have a notebook where I do both, write and draw.
It is a great tool to reduce stress and listen to your mind, meditation and mindfulness help you gain a new perspective on stressful situations, build skills to manage your stress, increase patience and tolerance and focus on the present.

Another way to start your day with renewed energy is to go for a walk before work. Being out in nature will help you reconnect with what's important.
Have your offline time. read a book, turn off your phone, but stay away from electronics, they sometimes blur our minds.
