These are the three things you need to make, with ingredients you most definitely have at home!
A quick body scrub
Combine brown sugar, one cup of raw oatmeal, and one cup of olive oil. Mix well and scrub away!
A relaxing bath in the dark
Switch off the lights, light some candles (if they are scented, all the better!) and fill your tub with some warm water. You will be relaxed in no time and the stressful day will melt away!
A rejuvenating face mask
Blend cold cream, yogurt, honey, aloe vera gel, and avocado. Apply to your face and leave for about 15 minutes or until it has dried. Rinse off with warm water.
