The famous and talented actress Jeniffer Aniston is 51 years old and she still looks the same as her '90s-self when she performed Rachel Green on the successful TV show “Friends”. Learn what she does to be so youthful and gorgeous
Jennifer Aniston was named the World's Most Beautiful Woman by People magazine in 2016, and that is not a surprise. She takes her health, skincare, and fitness seriously. She admits that her diet and exercise routine plays a major part in keeping her skin in great shape but she is not obsessed with that and enjoys resting too.
“I went from being a crazy workout girl to sort of saying, ‘My body wants a little bit of a break,'” Aniston told Women’s Health in 2014. “I kind of stay with more simple stuff and taking walks and not being neurotic about working out and eating right. I started to enjoy life a little bit more.”
1) Mindfulness morning
In order to start her day positively, she meditates in the morning. She usually does 10 to 20 minutes of meditation, followed by breakfast and a workout. “Usually I’ll have a shake, with some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao,” she says. “If I don’t have a shake, I’ll just have some toast and poached eggs with some avocado. Or millet cereal with almond milk and bananas—it’s really yummy, and you can get it hot for winter months,” she said.
2) Workout
Jennifer Aniston does different types of workout: Boxing, yoga, and spinning. Her favorite is definitely yoga but that does not mean she finds no time for cardio. She also goes jogging every day.
3) She uses SPF 50 sunscreen
She said that she used to spend much time under the sun. But now she is smarter about protecting her skin and uses SPF 50 sunscreen wherever she goes: "It is in my car, it is in the pool, it is in the kitchen, it is in the bathroom, it is everywhere. I go through it like crazy." She claims that this is one of the tricks everybody should take into account to keep the signs of aging at bay.
