A 2018 study, published in the journal The Arts in Psychotherapy, stated that coloring can reduce pain and anxiety according to the experiences of 200 people hospitalized for a medical issue or surgery. The researchers found that the patients who participated in art therapy were in a good mood with lower levels of pain and anxiety.

Dark circles under your eyes can be caused by bad nights of sleep. So, how can you get rid of dark circles? You have to find a way to improve your sleep.
