Bluelight glasses are the latest news in the optical industry. They are recommended for people who work the whole day in front of a computer, cell phone, tablet, or any device that emanates blue light. Besides, a new benefit is explained by experts.

Relief Jones, III, MD, a board-certified ophthalmologist and medical director at the San Antonio Eye & Face Institute explained to a magazine that these lenses do not help with eye strain because that is a result of dry eyes syndrome. Besides, a study found that adults who have used these lenses two hours before going to bed could fall asleep easier than those who hadn’t.
