5 stress-busting habits for an ultra-relaxing bath experience

A good bath can always have a pleasant effect. This is how you turn a bath into a relaxing, calming experience or a very good energy cleanser.

A bath could be much more than a simple act of hygiene, it could turn into a very powerful tool to unwind. So this is how you start!

Try entering the bathtub in the mood to relax, put on the music you like, light a candle, dim the lights and enjoy the moment.

1. Warm water is always relaxing

Bathwater has the ability to absorb all physical and mental stress. Water is the only place where we can completely let ourselves be carried away, it is the best way to feel your whole body and where you can relax your mind, as in meditation.

2. Sleeping oil
