We all overeat sometimes, but if you choose these foods they might help you get back on track!

If you are planning to overindulge in food tonight you can have a look at these foods that can help you rebound from the damage of free radicals caused by metabolizing fats and carbs. Free radicals attack cells and promote the development of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer.

So make sure to have the following ingredients in your refrigerator:

1. Fruit

Fruits are packed with antioxidants.
