1. 1. Make the aquafaba
To make aquafaba, drain a can of chickpeas into a bowl. Beat the liquid with an electric whisk until it looks fluffy and holds like a beaten egg white.

In a separate bowl, whisk the matcha with sugar and hot water until well mixed.

Add the sugary matcha to the aquafaba and whisk on medium speed until combined. Then fill ¾ of a glass with oat or almond milk and top with the whipped matcha.
