Cocoa, with its aroma, its flavor and texture, is almost a sinful pleasure. The Mayans already knew that this delicious gift of nature treasures nutrients that make it an excellent antioxidant and antidepressant.
Raw cocoa contains a high concentration of antioxidants. In addition, it’s rich in minerals, magnesium and iron, as well as calcium, phosphorus, copper, manganese and, to a lesser extent, selenium, potassium and zinc.
You simply can’t miss the opportunity to use this delicious ingredient in our vegan brownie.
Let's do it!

We recommend Soy, Almond or Oat Milk, choose your favourite.
In a large bowl, mix the vegetable milk alternative, coconut oil (previously melted), sugar, mashed bananas, vanilla extract and salt. Add the flour and cocoa and stir until they are completely blended. If using, add the chocolate chips (1 cup or 180 g) and mix again.
Place parchment paper in a square or rectangular baking tin and add the mixture, spreading it evenly with the help of a spatula and then add the remaining chocolate chips on top to decorate.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until done. Leave to cool (yes, we know it's difficult!)
Top with nut butter or just have with tea or a glass of almond milk. Perfect for an afternoon of home movies!
