Berries are rich in zinc, which protects the immune system and prevents the proliferation of germs. They also contain vitamin C, which makes your skin glow, hydrates the mucosa, strengthens the respiratory system, and helps in the formation of collagen. So it's a great ingredient for our first recipe.
Ingredients:
• A handful of frozen berries (the ones you like best)
• A low-calorie strawberry yogurt or yogurt alternative (soy, coconut, almond)
• Half a glass of skimmed milk or any milk alternative
• A teaspoon of oat flakes
Preparation :
Pour the milk and yogurt into the mixer. Then add the number of berries that you think are appropriate for more or less flavor. Add the yogurt and milk. Finally, add the oat flakes. Blend well and enjoy it!
