1. Frozen berry smoothie

• A handful of frozen berries (the ones you like best)

• A low-calorie strawberry yogurt or yogurt alternative (soy, coconut, almond)

• Half a glass of skimmed milk or any milk alternative

• A teaspoon of oat flakes

Preparation :

Pour the milk and yogurt into the mixer. Then add the number of berries that you think are appropriate for more or less flavor. Add the yogurt and milk. Finally, add the oat flakes. Blend well and enjoy it!

2. Strawberry smoothie

• 5 strawberries

• 2 tablespoons of icing sugar

• 2 tablespoons of clear honey

• A Greek yogurt or yogurt alternative (soy or coconut would be best in this recipe)


Mix all the ingredients well with a couple of ice cubes and blend. Decorate with strawberries cut into cubes. You will NOT leave anything in the glass!

3. Banana smoothie

• A medium-sized banana (frozen is better, just don’t forget to chop it before freezing!)

• A glass of milk (or soya milk)

• A teaspoon of honey


Add the banana, milk, and a teaspoon of honey and blend well. When done, serve and top with chopped plantain chips. You can also add nuts and a pinch of cinnamon. Amazing!

4. Green smoothie

• Half a glass of orange juice

• 3 tablespoons of low-calorie vanilla yogurt (use alternatives to make it vegan)

•A banana

• A pinch of ginger

• Frozen spinach


Mix all the ingredients and blend continuously until the lumps disappear. Serve topped with flaked almonds, chia seeds, or coconut flakes.
