1. Mix and grind
Preheat the oven to 150 °
Place the beans and almond milk in a processor, or blender, and mix until the ingredients are well blended.
Add the artichoke hearts and spinach, and mix until almost smooth. Then squeeze the lemon juice, add the chili flakes and the garlic salt and blend again.

2. Bake and serve
Pour the dip into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until the top begins to bubble.
Serve with pita chips, carrot sticks, or whole grain crackers.
