1. Prepare the filling
Cook the rice as per package instructions.
Rinse and cook the beans on a pan or microwave.
Chop the tomatoes and slice the avocados.
Heat the cup of rice, beans and enchilada sauce over low heat in a wok, check salt and add more if necessary. While ready, heat the tortillas.
2. Make the burrito
