Peanut butter is native to North America, it is very easy to prepare and the best thing is that you just need one ingredient. Well maybe 2, but still!
You just need peanuts and patience to achieve the desired texture, smooth and without lumps.
Peanut Butter has no added sugars or any other type of fat. Peanuts should be roasted, but you can do that yourself at home.

1. Roasted Peanuts
If you can't find roasted peanuts, you can roast them in two ways,
1. In the oven, on a baking sheet, a sheet of baking paper, distribute the peanuts spread out on the tray and bake them at 180,
Place them on the middle rack of the oven, which will help it roast evenly,
The cooking time will be between 5 and 10 minutes.
2. Or you can place a few peanuts in a pan, without adding oil.
Let them roast over medium-low heat for a few minutes until golden.
Stir frequently to avoid burning.

2. Step by step for peanut butter
Add the peanuts in a powerful food processor, and mix for 2-3 minutes until you get cream of your taste. The longer you mix, the smoother your butter will be.
Store the butter in a glass container in the fridge. Keep in mind that it will harden, so take it out a bit before consuming
Options:
