1. First de mushrooms
Wash and dry the mushrooms with a cloth or paper, place them in a bowl, and add the salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, lemon, and a few drops of oil, and leave to marinate for at least half an hour.
2. Make the nuggets and fry
Mix the chickpea flour and 1 cup of vegetable milk and set aside.
Cut the mushrooms into quarters and add them to the mix, stir very well. Then add the oats, mix until you get a somewhat thick dough.
With your wet hands form small balls and fry in abundant hot oil. Remove when golden and put on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
