1. 3 Easy Steps
1. Chop the onion and place it in a bowl. Squeeze the limes over it. If you are going to add the coconut milk, now is the time. Mix well and set aside.
2. Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes. Do the same with the mango and add them to the bowl with the onion mix.
3. Add a little salt and pepper on top, and a good amount of chopped coriander. Mix everything and keep in the fridge for at least an hour, so that all the flavors are integrated.
Serve on its own or on a delicious toast. Yum.
