1. Mix the ingredients
The first step is to peel the mango, cut it into pieces and freeze it for a couple of hours.
Then mix the two yogurts with the chia seeds and the agave syrup. Refrigerate for another two or three hours to achieve a pudding consistency.
When the mango is already frozen, put it in the mixer glass together with the milk and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture. The idea of freezing the fruit a bit serves to obtain a creamier texture, it is almost like ice cream.
Once you have both mixtures, all you have to do is assemble, layer by layer, first the mango and then the chia mixture and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Put it back in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
