1. Make the apples with cinnamon
Cut the apples into small squares, and in a frying pan over medium heat place the coconut oil. When hot add the apples, cinnamon, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Mix all the ingredients well, add the water and lower the heat, mixing continuously. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the water has reduced to a syrup and the apples are cooked. Turn off and remove from heat.

2. Make the hotcake
In a large bowl, sift the wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, add the sugar, linseed and mix. Gradually add the vegetable milk until you get a homogeneous mixture. Then add half of the apple mixture with cinnamon and mix again.
In a hot pan, pour a little oil and add the mixture. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until bubbles come out on the surface. Then turn over. Cook for another 3 minutes and repeat the operation until finished with the mixture.
Serve by adding the other half of the apples with cinnamon and add a little agave syrup.
