If you have dry skin you do not need to rush to the pharmacy to get expensive creams. Instead, you can try some homemade but very effective masks. Check out these ideas and enjoy a home spa.

Many people have dry and even cracked skin. Today we share some ideas for homemade face masks that will give your skin a hydration boost. 

1. Apple mask

Make an easy mask with apple.

It is very useful to hydrate the skin. But also helps to fight acne and the excessive oil produced in the T zone of the face. You will need ½ apple with the peel and ¼ cup of cornstarch. Mix the ingredients in a blender until you get a paste and apply it on a cleansed face. Leave it on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Then apply moisturizer.

2. Watermelon mask

Combine watermelon with sugar for a nutritious mask.

You can apply this mask to hydrate your skin once a week. You only need a slice of watermelon and 2 tbsp of honey. Smash the watermelon until you get a paste and add the honey. Mix everything and you are ready to apply it on your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse.

3. Avocado mask

Super nutritive avocado provides essential oils.

In this case, you will need an avocado, a tomato, and some lemon juice. The three ingredients have many nutrients that the skin can take advantage of. You will need ½ chopped avocado, a tbsp of lemon juice, and a tbsp of tomato juice. The method is the following:

  1. Make a paste with the juices and the avocado.
  2. Spread the paste on your face and leave it for 25 minutes.
  3. Rinse with warm water and do not use soap.
  4. Do not rub the towel when drying.

Use at night and don't forget to apply sunscreen the following day!
