Optional: you can add a green or black tea bag

1. 4 simple steps
1. Cut off the roots of the lemongrass stalks and remove any of the any dry outer leaves. Crush the stalks with a rolling pin.
2. Place the crushed stalks in a cup with cinnamon and honey or maple sypur if using.
3. Pour in the boiling water. At this point, also add the tea bag if using.
4. Infuse for a few minutes and add the lime juice. Stir and serve.
