1. Assemble and bake the tofu sticks
Cut the tofu into strips and fry it with cornstarch with extra virgin olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. When the tofu is ready, let it cool.
Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. In a bowl, add the hot sauce and 4 tablespoons of margarine. Dip the tofu sticks in the mixture and bake them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper for about 15 minutes on each side.

2. Make the sauce and enjoy them
To make the sauce put all the ingredients in a mixer and beat until perfectly integrated. Serve and enjoy your Buffalo tofu wings.
