1. Make the beets hummus
Clean the beets and separate the leaves from the root. Then wrap in aluminum foil. Bake until soft.
In a food processor, place the cooked beets, the previously cooked chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, salt and the olive oil, and process until obtaining a homogeneous, smooth texture.
This hummus can be accompanied by raw or baked vegetables, with pita bread or you can use it in other recipes.
