In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add the cherry tomatoes and the jalapeños. Let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Then drain and reserve a little water after draining the ingredients.
In a blender, add the cooked peeled tomatoes, avocado, jalapeños, onion, garlic, coriander, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth, and add some of the reserved water if needed and a little lemon juice.
