Christmas can bring a lot of joy for a lot of people but the holiday season can also cause stress and leave you with little time for yourself. These 5 Self-care tips will help you enjoy the end of the year.

Christmas is a holiday I love, and hate at the same time. I love the food, the family time spent together but it is also a time when we reflect upon the year, we remember things that hurt us, people that are no longer with us and it is also usually packed with events. 

The pandemic has changed the way we celebrate, but fortunately, with the vaccine, things have unfolded in a more positive way.

5 Self-care tips for Christmas

1. Set aside some time for yourself

Carve out time for yourself, you don't need to do everything on your own. Do exercise and skip your self-care routine for no one. 

Do your favorite face masks, hair masks, and cook only if it gives you pleasure.
